ROXANNE PALTAUF
Roxanne is arguing with an ethnic, dark-skinned male in a
motel room. She has feelings for this man and while he’s a shady character,
she’s too young to know any better. The argument is related to sex, and
something offends her enough to where she walks out of the motel room without
her stuff. Maybe she was planning on coming back after all the tension boils
over? An older male appears soon after, and offers her a ride to her
destination. She obliges because of his charm. Remember when she’s too young to
know any better? This is a ruse, as he takes her hostage and brings her to a
house. He rapes her and suddenly another man appears, and Roxanne knows this
person well and has feelings for him. Is the boyfriend back, and did he call
this man to take her? Seems this way. They both rape her, and then kill her,
and bury her body in the woods.
Analysis: The motive for this crime is rape and murder. The
argument between Roxanne and this man had something to do with sex, rather it
be cheating, trafficking, or whatever, and Roxanne refused to do it, so he
called his friend to get her in a ruse to do it “the hard way”. Letters L and

Uhh, no. Do you know the facts of the case you are commenting on? We know for a fact that Roxanne's MUCH OLDER and MUCH MORE STREET WISE boyfriend was the very last person to see her alive and he claims she WALKED OUT of the hotel room WITHOUT HER PURSE after an argument and was never seen again. This is bullshit. No female would leave without her purse. A woman is naked without her purse (lol at least thats how i feel whenever I leave without my purse). Her boyfriend also confessed to his next girlfriend that he killed Roxanne (we know this to be a fact as well). This case is quite obvious to me. The boyfriend has a pattern and history of violence. He was an abusive boyfriend (and may have even been trying to pimp Roxanne- why else check into a shady cheap motel in downtown Austin?) and he murdered Roxanne (as most abusive partners eventually do if the abuse victim does not escape the relationship). We know that he abused his next girlfriend. She filed charges against him for domestic assault and thats when she told the police what he said about killing Roxanne. In fact, she told the police he told her he would do to her what he did to his last girlfriend. The girlfriend eventually got back with him and recanted her statement but i believe she was telling the truth. the boyfriend murdered Roxanne. Probably put her body in a dumpster. I feel so bad for Roxanne in this case because looking at her relationship with her boyfriend it is VERY OBVIOUS to me that she was in over her head but was too young and in-love to realize.
