JERAMY BURT
At around 10:30, Jeramy leaves home to visit a friend, and
leaves his daughter at home with his father.
He’s driving to his friend’s house, but something unexpected happens,
and he doesn’t make it there. A female who he was involved with in the past
shows up, and they get into an argument. She’s with two males, revealing that
this is planned. Jeramy is then shot with a gun, killing him. The female and
two males drive to the desert to set Jeramy’s car on fire, but Jeramy isn’t in
the area, showing that this was to throw off law enforcement. Jeramy’s body
looks to be very well hidden on property belonging to one of the males, but not
near the car. The texts "Jeremy" sent are also from this female.
Analysis: The motive for this crime is revenge. The female
is the mastermind of the plot, with the two males being hired guns. Jeramy
really hurt this woman in the past, and she wanted revenge badly. Letter J.
